Ten Ways You Can Lose Your Dignity

Dignity is the quality of being worthy of esteem or respect. A person that has dignity commands respect. He is seen as a special kind of person. To build dignity takes time. One has to be diligent in his doings to gain dignity.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights but this dignity can easily be lost.
There different ways you can lose your dignity. I am going to be giving you ten of those ways in this article.

--Dependency: Relying on other people can make you to lose your dignity. When you depend on other people for everything in your life, it makes you look worthless. It well kill your self-esteem and that will lead to you losing your dignity.

--Borrowing: Borrowing is another way you can lose your dignity. If you are that kind of person who borrows money frequently, hoping to pay back with your salary, then you are preparing to lose your dignity. People will know you as a borrower and you can not you your income for something profitable, since you are going to use it in paying debts

--Talkative: Being talkative makes people to disregard you. They don`t regard what you say because you are always talking. You talk about what concerns you and what does not concern you. People may show you love for your attitude but in real sense some of them do no value you.
Tale-bearing and Gossiping: Gossips are always disregarded. If you come to me and bear tale or gossip about another person, I won`t trust you and I think you`ll also gossip about me with other people. If you gossip about somebody in your office, whenever you see that person, you will not be comfortable because you will think that person has heard you gossiped about him. This would in-turn make you lose your dignity.

--Laziness: Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired. When you sit at home everyday complaining of one thing or the other you are just losing your dignity. You will be seen as a lazy person and nobody would respect you. A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not discovered the value of life.
